Grog

~ Rim a 6 oz. mug with lime and brown sugar
~ Add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
~ Add  juice of 1/4 lime
~ Add 1 1/2 oz. of British Navy Pusser's Rum
                                 (or other high quality dark rum)
~ Fill cup with very hot water
~ Garnish with cinnamon stick
